After 30 years working in the advertising industry, operating at both operational and industry level, I could no longer stand by and witness the lack of tangible action being taken across Sustainability & DE&I. As an industry we already face a huge trust issue and our inability to act and make necessary improvements at an operational level is leaving us exposed to further scrutiny.
Simply put: The clock is ticking and the time for action is now = Transform-Renew-Sustain (TRS) was born to hold a mirror up to our poor progress and to work with pioneering brands and agencies who want to join me in actively tackling our stark reality.
